homeless encampment in san jose is getting bigger and now the city gearing up to clear everyone out. the city says at least 100 people are now living in the makeshift tent city on spring street. "today in the bay's" arturo santiago live at the encampment this morning. when everyone will be forced out, are they going to try to send these folks to shelters? >> reporter: that's what they're going to try to do. the situation out here has not improved in the last few weeks. the population as you said of the tent city has swelled to more than 100 people and now the city of san jose has plans to move the encampment out during the first week of march. the site is located along spring street betwe street. it's near the guadalupe river park which is land that belongs to the city and the san jose airport. the tents are spread out and clustered around trees on the land. the tent city started to grow back in january after state lands along the guadalupe river were cleared up by caltrans and that displaced homeless camping in those areas. with this area, mayor chuck reed says the people are tresp

city where she lived. police said that her naked body was found a little bit before 7:00 a.m. on friday. the park is about 3 mi. away from where she was last seen. police have not said how the girl died, and they have not released any suspect information. >> one person is behind bars this morning after a stabbing in san jose. it happened overnight on al brooks way. police say that too will mayes got into an argument at a home on that street. while man was taken to hospital would non life- threatening injuries. >> police also investigate a triple homicide that happen in sonoma county. it happened at a house on ross station road, just outside of sebastopol at this point, investigators say that they do not believe that this was a murder-suicide, adding at least one of the victims is connected to the home where the shooting happened to. police said that the brother of one of the victims discovered the bodies inside of a bedroom. investigators said that this was not a random crime, but they do not have any suspects in custody. >> a hearing is also scheduled today for antolin garcia torres. t
